Zeamer Family - On-Location Session

I traveled to Waupaca to meet and photograph the Zeamer family. What a treat it was to spend some time with Bill, Leah and their adorable son John. Despite mosquitos and humid temps (crazy September weather) I had a blast photographing the family. Little John kept all of us laughing and gave me a good work out (he loved to be chased)! Lucky enough, I was able to capture some of the action and fun of both the family and John. Here is a sneak peek at some of the images from their session...ENJOY!

Gwendolyn & Giselle

Fellow blog followers may recognize these adorable little girls as they have appeared on my blog a few times before. Gwendolyn and Giselle have been visiting my studio since they were newborns and what a pleasure it has been watching them both grow into the cuties that they are. Now that the girls are 9 months old they have both developed their own little personalities which was so much fun to capture. Both of the girls are defnitely "girly-girls" as you can tell with the cute accessories. Here is a sneak peek at some of the images from the girls' session.

Thanks again for visiting and I will see you both when you are 1...can't wait!!

Maxwell - 1 Year

Well, I am FINALLY blogging images from my little man's 1 year session. I know, I know the poor little guy's birthday was in July and I am way behind on putting up his images. I have to admit, despite what you see, Maxwell has to be one of my toughest subjects. It was one thing to get him healthy (Max has been fighting many little bugs all summer long) but it was a whole another obstacle to get him happy and to stay happy. It seems that all my usual tricks I use on little ones just don't cut it with Maxwell. Then again, its just mom behind the camera!
As with any one year old, Max ran the session and of course kept dad and mom running too (so much fun when you have a camera and reflector in hand)! I am so grateful I have a patient husband who loves the phrase "just one more photo". So after 15 minutes of swarming mosquitos, Max picking and trying to eat weeds, running around and throwing his hat over the bridge I called it quits. Much to my surpise this is what I got (okay I did edit a quite a few out)...

Thought I would also share some fun shots from Max's birthday party....enjoying his cake.
