Mengert Family Session

It was a joy to photograph the Mengert family as they welcomed their newest addition to the family...little Brooklyn. I have had the honor of photographing the Mengerts for the last 3 years. You may recognize big brother Bryce, as I just recently blogged his 3 year old session. Bryce is definitely taking on the big brother role quite well. Some of my favorite images from the session are of Bryce and Brooklyn. This is a special time for the family and I look very forward to creating more memories of them and of course now little Brookyln. She is quite precious indeed...I can't wait to watch her grow and capture every milestone along the way.
Here is a sneak peek at several of the images from the session. I also included the announcement I created for the family.

All Dressed Up - Children's Portrait Event

Just in time for Easter I am running a children's special. If you are anything like me, my little guy gets a new Easter outfit every year and of course photos to celebrate him all dressed up! Hence, the "All Dressed Up" portrait event. Heres the deal...

You can choose from two Collections:
*Collection A  $55  which includes 1-8x10; 2-5x7s & 8 Wallets
 or
*Collection B  $70  which includes  1-8x10; 2-5x7s & 25 flat, two-sided 5x7 cards with envelopes

Each Collection includes:
 - 30 min. session in studio; one outfit with a variety of poses featuring color, black&white, sepia & other special effects
 - 15-30 images posted in your own password protected on-line gallery
 - Plus take 10% off additional Portrait & Keepsake orders

No minimum purchase required; however sessions are limited and offer expires April 30th, 2011.

In addition, for every session booked, I will be donating $25 to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.

In the spirit of this Lenten Season I had a client give me some wonderful insight on not "what to give up", but "what to give". As some of you may know, my son Maxwell spent his first 14 days of life down at Children's Hospital in Milwaukee and still makes regular visits every 2 months. The hospital and staff hold a very special place in my heart and I would love nothing more than to give back so that others may feel the love and care of this hospital.

If you would like more information or would like to schedule an appointment for a session, please contact me either by phone 920.428.4290 or e-mail kellyjeanphoto@yahoo.com

Samples for the 5x7 flat' two-sided cards. Please note text and some colors may be changed.

Bryce - 3 Year Child's Session

Every time I get the opportuunity to photograph Bryce I literally jump at the thought of having this little guy in my studio! I have been so honored to be photographing Bryce since he was born and have captured some awesome memories along the way. He is a photographer's dream child when it comes to having his photos taken!  I totally had a blast with his session...lots of giggles and fun! We even incorprated some of dad's softball props.
Here is a look into several images from the session...as you can tell...he is quite the little charmer!

Portrait Keepsakes

I just wanted to share some of the portrait keepsakes that I offer in addition to my portrait collections. The 14x14 Composites and Accordian Walletizers are just a couple of my favorites. These will be going into a home of one my clients.
Here are the 14x14 Composite Portraits. As you can see I offer custom framing options as well.
A closer view of the accordian walletizers...they make perfect purse-size brag books and feature multiple images on both sides.
All keepsakes are custom designed, contact me for more information regarding keepsakes or portrait collections.

Andy - 6 Month Child's Session

I have been looking forward to photographing Andy's 6 month session since photographing his newborn session back in Agust 2010. It still amazes me as not only as a photographer but as a mother, how much babies grow and change in a short 6 months! Andy was full of smiles for the entire session and I think he has already learned how to get a ladies' attention...big smiles and those beautiful eyes! He was such a sport with all the outfit changes and I couldn't resist his adorable winter cap (so cute). Here is a look into several images from Andy's session...Enjoy!
